Frequently Asked Questions

Schedule a consultation phone call so that we can talk for a few minutes to be sure we are a good match.  We will then pick a day and time for our first appointment.

We do not accept insurance.  We are private pay only, but for the current moment we do offer superbills.

We accept cash, credit cards, checks, HSA, and FSA.

Fees are due at the time of your therapy session.  

We charge the full fee for cancelations that happen with a less than 24-hour notice.

We occasionally get sick and/or have a family emergency.  If this happens, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment in the same week it was cancelled.  

This sometimes happens and is totally acceptable.  We would love to have a conversation with clients who feel this way so that we can learn what you need, assist you in finding adequate referrals and wish you well on your therapy journey.
