Individual Counseling

There are many reasons why people reach out to engage in individual therapy at Full Bloom Counseling LLC. Some individuals seek full bloom therapy to find freedom from trauma, anxiety, anger issues, depression, or simply to gain clarity on the next steps in life. From birth, our brains interpret and store information to help us make sense of the world around us. However, when negative experiences occur or when there are breakdowns in relationships, our brains often store information in ways that can be unhelpful. Frequently, these bad memories are associated with negative beliefs about ourselves, our safety, our relationships, and our value. As these negative beliefs intensify, we may experience hypervigilance, nightmares, sleep issues, flashbacks, anger, and more.

It doesn't have to be this way. By building a therapeutic relationship and utilizing methods such as EMDR, play, and art within the therapy space at Full Bloom Counseling LLC, we can help you achieve your goals. Being a registered play therapist doesn't mean we only collaborate with children; we are passionate about working with clients of all ages. Additionally, for those seeking marriage counseling in Washington, MO, we offer a range of services to support your healing journey.
